Clutch springs...

Has anyone found a way to lighten the feel of the clutch pull on a 250?  I would love to ride my 250's in the woods more, but pulling in the clutch is a real work out.  Yes, I have the cables well oiled, and the cable route has the least number of bends....  Anyone have any luck with different springs?  Thanks, James
