74.5 Penton 400 (90%)

I have about 90% of a Mint 400 that I planned to build.  Due to other projects and the need for cash for those I need to sell this.  I have frame, swing arm, motor with extra parts, tank, triples, air box, orignal GS pipe, brake plates and stays,seat, bing carb etc.  Main needs are wheels, fenders, bars, cables, levers.
