Magura Master Cylinder Rebuild Kits?

Anyone know where I can find a rebuild kit for an Magura 745  OR 747 master cylinder? I have one of each and neither will pump up.  It's the one for the rear brakes on an 87 / 88 KTM 250 I am pulling together.  The KTM Part Number for the entire master cylinder unit is 565-03-101-144
