Anybody know of a manufacturer of just the nipples with metric threading?  Buchanan has "sets" or nipples alone, but they don't match the thread dia and pitch that I need for a Montesa 348 Cota original, of which the fronts and rears are different.

Thanks

Why not try southwest montesa

Pretty sure Hughes just orders from Buchannan at least that is what they did for my 76 Pursang

The US vendors were unable to help.  Buchanans makes theie spoke sets with their own threads, could not match the Montesa.  There is a spoke maker in UK, Central Wheels, that believes he has what I need and is sending me a couple of samples.

Thanks for the tips

Here's a place in Germany that makes spokes and nipples also. Many Vintage Euro bikes used this brand.  They are recognizable by the 4 leaf clover stamped on the end of the spoke.

You might try Matt at speedandsport.com   He caters to allot of different vintage brands and is very helpful. If you know what you have then he can probably match it up for you.
