Greetings;

I am in need of a air box cover for my 1976 Penton MC5 400. I am having a lot of difficulty locating this item currently. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

George,
If your 76 MC5 uses the snail shaped airbox then give Terry Everett a call because I purchased one from him this past summer for the 77 400 GS6 I'm assembling. He's listed on the supplier page and has a picture of airbox cover on his website.

Does Tom Brosius still sell fiberglass ones?

I have some of the side air box plastic covers. Kip had several of them at one time. My email is [email protected] Mike
Oops. They might actually be for the 78 plastic air box, but I did have one for the earlier model. I will check.
I was not able to locate the cover, it might have went with the project 125 MC5 that Mike Rosso bought earlier this year, sorry.

All my 1976  MC5 mx bikes had  a  lipped foam rubber glued on the side panel. that sealed it.
