New Member in Largo Florida

Although I've visited this site a zillion times I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been back in the vintage racing scene for the past 5 years with AHRMA & FLVMX in Florida. I purchased a new 73 Six Day from Bill West's shop in St.Petersburg Fl at the age of 15. The math puts me at 55 and having to race & ride with a bit of a more level headed attitude. The Six Day was sold due to a work obligation that required no broken arms ect... The thought to replace that Dream Machine never went away. I've been racing a 74 Honda CR 250 & also bring out the 72 93B Hodaka Super Rat for the 100cc fun. So... I have just purchased the 74 250 Hare Scrambler from Chicago Jerry and as soon as I figure how to get the bike from Jerry's (Ohio)to Largo (just west of Tampa) I will be a Penton rider / racer once again. To say the least, I'm thriller to be BACK.

Congrats!  If you need a reliable shipper, I've been using a gal named Brandy Weaver, she's moved 40+ bikes for me over the past 6 months.  She does a fantastic job, extremely meticulous, reliable and reasonable too!  -She's a hard core roadracer, races an R1 Yamaha.

I will be going from Ohio to NC in early December, I could get it that far. I raced with FLVMX back in 2001, great fun and tracks.
