Mike,
I have a 250 cylinder that I can bring if you are needing one. A quick measurement with calipers shows 2.495" which should be standard bore. It has some rust on cylinder walls so will need bored but other than that looks good with all fins and rubber dampers intact. Let me know and I can pack it in the trailer.
