73' 125 white frame

Recent purchase, 73 penton/ktm mx  origanally purchased in 75 at Twin Falls Sportcycles Inc. Munroe Fall, Ohio.  can not find gray on frame anywhere. Have the original title.  Anyone tell me about the white frame, why title states the make as PEMTON/KTM.   JUST GETTING BACK into Pentons, had two 69's both with gray frame / green & white tank.
