I know some of you folks dabble with other brands.
I'm looking for a 48 or 50 tooth rear sprocket for a 74 Can Am MX1-125.
Thanks, Gordon

Gordon,
I'm getting ready to start a restoration on a 74 Can Am 125 MX1 that's been waiting patiently out in my storage for several years. You might try one of the sources below for the sprocket.

Thanks Dave,
I put the information in the form at sprocket specialties but came up with no match. But I'm sure if I called they could set me up.
As far as rtrmoto goes, according to the Can Am Yahoo Group, he is not known for taking orders or shipping them. He has the best web site for Can Am stuff on the internet, but it means nothing if you can't reach him. I have tried myself as well for a TNT175 project and never heard back.
I have the original shop manual for my MX1-125. If you need anything from it, let me know. I also got to meet Dave McLean, who wrote it, and designed the bike and motor recently in Canada. Wow, he is a wealth of information.
Give me a call or email me with any questions.

Hi Gordon,

PMP Sprockets has a listing for Can Am sprockets.

I've seen some of their sprockets, and they look really good.

I have a couple 42 tooth 428 chain sprockets. One was taken off the bike soon after it was bought and the other is a after market.
