70 or 71?

Steeltanker V4552.  Would that be a 70 or 71?  The frame does not have the extra triangular gussets on the motor bracket like shown in fig 18B of the Steel Tank Project.  70?

Hey Keith; It's been a while since I went through the process with my brother's '71 Berkshire, but I think the big triangle brackets that are shown in photo 20A are only on '71 frames. Someone else may be ablel to shed more light, but that is what I remember most that sticks out in my mind when I went through the questionaire.
