Thanks to POG for helping me find a 250 here on the left coast.I picked up a bike that Doug Knight had started.So I am going to ask all you experts a lot of questions until I get it all together.First question is the kick starter shaft seal?It looks to be an o ring and a piece of pvc pipe,does the pipe hold the o ring in or does the o ring go between the pvc and the case?#2 is it ok to put clear coat over the tank decal,the guy that sold me the clear coat said that some paints may react to the decal.thanks for the help

O Ring goes between the PVC and the case.  The Kicker holds it all in place.  Don't Clear over the tank decals as they were placed on after the tank was painted.  Have fun!
