There are some rare items I need and I have some NOS items to trade for some of the stuff I need. I will also buy the items I need if you prefer money...and I can afford it.  The NOS pieces i have are a seat, MX fuel tank, and rubber fork gaiters.  The fuel tank is not perfect, a little scratched up, if up close. A few feet away it looks fine.  I will email good picts. All 1980 items.  These items will fit on all 79-81 KTM models.  I  may just wind up using them, but I hate to use NOS items on a rider.  It just seems wrong. Once its used its gone forever.
I also have the following items for trade/sale:
76 Windsor orange GS tank with petcocks
76-77 Windsor orange MC-5 tank with petcock.
77 OEM 125/175 GS-6 tank (little use)
77 Windsor 250/400 GS-6 tank with petcocks
84 125 (&250?) NOS mx tank
Nice 73 250 frame
Nice GS-6 frame
Nice 77 MC-5 frame with duel foot peg mounts, and pegs I reinforced
73 175 ex pipe modified to fit a GS-6 frame
76-77 MC-5 ex pipe with spark arrestor
84 NOS 125 mx pipe
GS-6 seat base and good foam
35mm Ceriani leading axle forks, 9" travel

I am looking for the following:
a 49.75mm 70-75 Sachs piston
A 56mm 76-83 ktm piston
a 64.5mm 77-80 ktm piston
A 68 125 airbox cover
a 74-75 nice 175 ex pipe
a 77-80 175 cylinder usable with a 64mm piston max
a 77-80 175 exhaust manifold
a 78-80 usable 125/175 mx ex pipe
a 79-80 airbox {all 79 models and 175/250 1980)
a 81 250 cylinder usable with a 72.5mm piston max
a 81 mx fuel tank. Some browning ok, will use a DC cover, but cover will not fit a 80 tank.
a 81 250 swingarm

So if your into making a 79-81, are interested in my parts, and have some of this to trade, let me know. I know Gary Ellis has a couple of these items Ive already talked to him about. Gary, give me a call if interested.  Gary, did you get my phone message about the exhaust end cap?
Thanks
Mike

Mike,

I have both the 175 exhaust pipe and the airbox. Pretty sure the 250 airbox will fit the 175.   I don't have the rod or plastic filter brace though. Just the box and the airfilter cage. The OD on the cylinder side of the pipe is - 40mm. I thought it might fit my 250 KTM but it doesn't so it must be a 175 pipe.
