Looking for a complete non restored, original 1978 KTM (any size)  Thanks in advance!

Kip - on the Vintage Flat Track site, under For Sale, there is a 78 KTM 400 listed with a bunch of other bikes under one heading. Too much $, maybe too nice for what you are looking for, but wanted to mention it. Besides, the VFTR For Sale is a fun read with lots of old and new tech!

Thanks, will check it out.  This bike will be for a display machine for KRW KTM in Ohio.  They were looking for a "78" as this was when they 1st started their business.  Thanks again for all the help:D.  Sad to say, the older bikes look far better than the new ones!  More character[:p]

I can't get to the site, can anyone post a picture of the 1978 KTM?

Kip - I haven't been back to VTR to look for that 78, but you probably saw THIS tired boy, right? Rode hard, put away dry.  :)

I only mention it because Dan has a thread saying that he is driving to the West coast.

Think I may have this solved with a little help from my friends!  Thanks to all:)
