A trick question, perhaps...

I'm guessing you're asking about the Sacramento Location, but Penton West was first set up in Santa Ana.

I was newly stationed at George AFB (Victorville) Fall 1969 and soon after rode my Honda 160 down to Santa Ana to meet Uncle Ted at the Santa Ana warehouse that was just being set up. Lucky thing, as I desperately needed a dirt bike to ride! And good 'ole Uncle Ted obliged with a 125 Penton.

Many adventures ensued!
