KTM Warranty Disclaimer Sticker

Has anyone seen or know where I can get a reproduction of this KTM warranty disclaimer sticker on the frame steering head area of my 79 MX-6 175? This is how far I've gotten in just a days working on dismantling it to paint the frame and replace the swingarm bearings, Mike
