No, I love this bike,it will do anything(at age 68!) that I want it to do. I will probably run a few AHRMA cross country events,mostly play ride,show off and marvel at how these great riders and bikes accomplished so much 45 years ago.The 5 speed really works well,it is 100cc, and I feel lucky to have this Doug built bike. Always admired his smooth riding,rode many enduros where I tried to follow him and learn from him as long as I could keep him in sight.I was just curious if there was anyone that might shed some light on the combination of parts.This is my 1st Penton!!! even though I set up the 1st steel tanker in 1968 in Cincinnati Ohio at Campus Cycle when we got the franchise,have had 70+ "other" bikes.Thank you for the info!
