I am in need of a functioning Bing Carb for the Sachs I am currently restoring.

The manual identifies the carbs used on this engine as 1/24/153, 1/24/158,1/24/166,1/26/115, 1/26/120, or 1/26/127. These numbers are stamped on the carb body.

Does anyone have one of these carbs in complete functioning condition that you would consider selling?

The carb I currently have the choke system is not functioning at all.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tony

Tony I owe some money if the carburetor I sent you doesn't work.  Just send me a email on how much I owe you.  Sorry it didn't work?

I'm not 100% sure but the choke systems can be rebuilt/repaired. Bing should have the parts or another carb can be cannibalized. Bing is just NOT cheap on their parts. I've had to tinker of a couple over the years. The tickler is your other source of starting mechanism. Hope you get it worked out.
   Type at you later,

Tony glad you found the problem and that it wasn't the carburetor.  Thanks for the update.
