Greetings, and Happy Fathers Day to all of you fathers.  I might add that in knowing a number of you either personally, or from this website, you are not only fathers but wonderful dad's to your children as well. Once again John Penton has been a role model for us.

"Back in the day" there was a famous motorcycle race/event that always ran on fathers day....anyone out there know what it was-or-possibly you may have ridden it and care to tell us about your memories of the event, however painful they may still be..

Jake, I need to check my records on that one....  Great to think about the old Sunset Riders track and events.. Lots of fun times and frozen fingers thanks to Andy Zanotti and all of the Sunset Riders Club members. I am sure you remember the jump on their scrambles track, I took out the early 4 bolt rear drive on my first Steel Tank Penton on that jump. I can still remember looking back as the bike slowed to a stop and seeing the sprocket spinning as the wheel did not !
