Jaroslav Falta Passing

It is with a heavy heart that I mention the passing of a true MX legend, Jaroslav Falta. He passed unexpectedly Sunday the 27th and his funeral  will be Monday the 4th. RIP friend and true champion

Sad, the old guard is getting to that time in their lives. I've got his autograph from the Delta, Ohio Inter-Am in 1972 or '73 . Godspeed.

I remember him and his teammate going up against the Honda cr back in 73 / 74 and how he rode the wheels off in the 250 class .  I also was riding a CZ 400 at the time and for a couple more seasons . The bikes were very competive in amateur ranks .
