Hello all,

It's been an eternity since I was last on, can't believe how quickly time passes!

I recently ventured into the garage and renewed interest in my disassembled 78 250 machine.

On raking through the pieces I have discovered I cannot find the spacer that goes inside the rear hub between the rear wheel bearings. Does anyone have one somewhere they could give me dimensions off in order to make up a new one please?

Like I say it's a 78 machine and it's a conical rear hub. The only part number I have is from a 77 manual which I think is the same 52.10.011.000

Also a couple of extra questions.
Who supplies the best replacement plastics for these bikes?
Where can you purchase a Kick starter as I see Al Buehner has none now

Thanks in advance for your help guys
Best Wishes
Chris.

Thanks Mike, appreciate the info.
I've heard that about DC Plastics from a few places, better than nothing I suppose. I see some dude in France selling plastics but again not sure what sort of quality they are. Couldn't find anything on Andre's site about kickstart but I'll maybe drop him a mail.

I'll mail you and see if you've got a spacer for sizing.

Thanks again
Chris.

Yes, my DC plastics would not hold paint no matter what I tried.

Look at RTR Moto.com for fenders. They are a thicker, high gloss plastics. I don't think they have side panels for 77 or 78's. I've had good luck with painting DC plastics if I bead blast first.
