I got an e-mail from Roger at RPM yesterday.  It states as follows:

"Due to a lack in sales and my need to recoup the $1,500.00 I have investsed in the Penton gas tanks and molds, I have sold the molds, tanks and interest in these parts to Charlie Richardson at CR High Performance Products.  He supplied me with the original tanks for splashes and has promised me a lg. volume in sales.  You can buy directly from him at 760-451-0056.  Or e-mail him at [email protected]"
