'74 250 for Sale

Time to let my '74 Penton 250 go. Very good looking and excellent running and performing bike. On 1st over standard bore. Fresh painted tank and side panels, new decals. Last raced in 45 mile modern ISDE event for 1st place in Vintage class (see //www.motochronicles.com under "China Hat ISDE" for test ride notes by a fellow vintage fan).

Mulholland shocks w/ fresh oil change. Tires almost new, chain and sprockets good. Starts  in 2-3 kicks dead cold, first kick when warm. Tuned spot on and very fast. Not cosmetically perfect, but you need to look hard for defects and only some minor items needing attention.
