Info on Harry Barnes?

I had a guy contact me looking for info on/contact with Harry Barnes, whom he says was a nationally ranked KTM factory rider in the late 70's or so.  My knowledge on the factory guys is very limited, but thought perhaps someone within the POG ranks would be able to help out.  The guy looking is Eddie Luckey and his email is [email protected] if anyone has info to share.
