75 jackpiner

Hello
 Can anyone tell me what the proper colors are for my 75 jackpiner
 maybe a paint code or a color blue that comes close,and are the #plates white or yellow.

If you are painting a bike that will be a rider and not a total museum piece, Krylon's Ocean Blue is a very close match, a little bit darker than original or maybe all of the originals I have seen have faded.  Number plates were yellow and I use Krylon sunshine yellow.
