Torque Setting

G'day again, got a question about torque settings on engine bolts for the 175s.  Is there a recommended setting for the funny-looking allen-key nut that holds the engine brace near the countershaft sprocket?

What is the size of the fastener?  Is it 6mm or 8mm or ?  Most repair manuals have a recommended torque rating for the diameter of the fastener.  Some also list specific torque ratings for individual parts (head bolts), but it's all based upon the shaft diameter.
