I forgot to tell you that I really dont know how much to offer you on parts since i really dont know what individual parts go for. I geuss its how bad you want them? I did find a '76 penton 250cc motor on ebay that just sold today for 185.00 and I missed it since my wife is'nt that good at bidding.If you do end up parting it out and dont want to pay ebay please let me know what a fair price for the motor would be, I really dont want to insult anybody. thanks,dave
