POG, need some assistance. Feel like a knucklehead. Took digital pics of most all bike before taking her apart but missed the rear break assembly on my 74 Six Day. It's obviously real simple but want to be sure I get it right. If anyone can tip over a spare Six Day chassis and please tell me: In what order from the lever side across the bottom do the parts go on? I have 4 nylon bushings, 2 quarter size washers, the spring, and the arm that attachs to the brake rod. Does the "notched" nylon bushing go on the outside of the frame at the break lever? I also know that 2 of the 4 bushings go on either side of the spring and fit inside it. Does the 4th bushing go on the inside or the outside of the frame on the opposite side? Other than that I can handle the cotter pin! :) Thanks,

Chris,
Looking at the back of the bike going left to right here is the order.

pin
washer
notched bushing
frame
reversed bushing to fit inside the return spring
spring
other bushing fitted inside the spring
brake arm
(brake light switch actualtor arm if you have one-for enduro)
frame
other notched bushing

I hope this helps.

Ron, As always, thank you very much! Had a feeling I'd hear from you. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and tell the folks I said Hello !
