38 mm Bing info

Will a 1984 KTM 38mm Bing work on my 1978 MC5 250? There is one on Upay tonight 54/38/117 that I was thinking about bidding on if it will work. I want to replace the Keihn carb that the previous owner stuck on it, most likely from some old H@#&a. Thanks, Mike
