1977 400 MC5 restoration

My project '77 Penton 400 MC5 has been sitting up for quite some time and it seems the motor is frozen up as a result. Can anyone recommend a method to free up it up? Also, are parts readily available for this model?

Pop the head off and see if you can tell whats going on. Give it some wd 40 and later give it a tap. If your very lucky it may pop loose. From there you should be able to see if its the top or bottom.
