KTM Chain Guide

I'm searching for the plastic (teflon??) chain guide part number 55.07.067.600 for my "78" KTM 400 MC5. It is the front block protecting the swingarm. I already have the back one on the brake arm. Help to find a good used or reproduction replacement is appreciated. Thanks.
