'78 MC5 250 information

I am new to vintage bike projects. I just picked up a '78 MC5 250 and would like to know who I could get a parts manual and owners manual from. The tank is currently being painted, frame being blasted and powdercoated. Who has seals and bearings and who should I talk to about engine parts?
