I have found replacement petcocks, rubber grommets and caps for Windsor tanks at ccspecialities.org. They came on Cub Cadet mowers for a while apparently.

The fuel valves I've used before are available from Wicks Aircraft Supply. The part number is FV-11046 which has a stainless steel inlet screen. You'll also need to buy the rubber grommet part number FTG12240 to install them in the Windsor tank. Good luck !
