I have some misc Penton parts & Hi-Point accessories that I'm having trouble indentifing. Can anyone help me out here? What and where are these items used? The photo shows items.

1) white nylon 10T chain tensioner sprocket with #171 on package???
2) a large spilt-collar ring type tool with #203 on package???
3) a ratchet drive socket type tool with a split opening to one side ??? (no #)
4) layshaft bearing puller #206 ...all Sachs 100-125cc layshafts?
5) chrome exhaust heat shield ...part#? Fits? (I have seen this piece on a few steel tankers)

I also have a box of Penton #1.209.0612 Wave Washers that I don't know what they are for. ????

Thanks.
Tom

Your # 3 is the socket to unscrew the shifter rod from the selector rod. [ inside the mainshaft] Very handy tool. I'll see what I can find out on the rest.

Thanks guys. I don't remember seeing C.Crank chain guides mounting?... I've got a box of the replacement white nylon sprockets though, if anyone needs. I know what the tools are for now, and the chrome leg guards, they're for the Torque pipes. Still don't know what the wave washers are for? ...approx 1" dia. Thanks again for the help. Tom.

How much for the CC chain guide sprockets. I have one of them and thought that was what they were, but was not sure. Mike [email protected]

Tom,

The 1.209.0612 wave washers were an updated part # for Ceriani's.  Anyone racing their Penton's should consider these.  I believe Al also has them.  Here's a copy of the Penton bulletin from November 21, 1974 that addresses the issue:
