72 Jackpiner Cylinder Sleeve?

Hi Guys,

I have a 72 Jackpiner with a bunged cylinder that I've ignored long enough.  On Al Buehner's website he states that the black cylinders on the Jackpiners were a disposable item.  However, he does have sleeves that can be made to work by overboring the cylinder.

My question:  Has anyone done this?  Was it successful?  Who did the work?

My other option is to seek out a replacement cylinder - any ideas?
