I second that....and thanks for everything you have done for the POG and for all the management, mecanical and racing skills you provided to help make the Penton name what it is today.  A lot of people forget that there was a lot of Talent behind all the success of Penton.  AND thank your Bride for raising you wonderful Children while you were all over the world racing and winning over the BEST riders n the world.  I still can't believe you raced a ****le engined bike in the 6 Days.  You are a Honor member of the Racing World.

"Captured Angles" always started with a dream. These are
dormant, until awoken by a dream.

Happy Anni!

Dwight Rudder, I am be-ing very concerned, about your where-abouts.
What do you mean about "LOL"

80 motorcycles, would bring me "nothing"

Is it true, that a Penton, brought you here, unto this place.

Please, if you will, why, do you not ride a Penton?

I ride a Penton, it is the best

Tom, I am not sure what you are talking about or getting at.  I rode Pentons back in 1973-75.  I currently own a 1970 Berkshire 100 Steel tank, a 1970 Six-Day 125 Steel tank, a 1972 CMF frame Six-Day, and a 1973 Jackpiner.  I have ridden many events on my Pentons.  Just not in the past few years . I can forward you photos if you need proof.
Are you saying that I don't belong here ?
Confused,
Dwight

And what has this got to do with Doug's anniversary ?
Confused,
Dwight

50 years together, that is awesome...

Doug has a large photo album and in it are many pictures taken over the years at events that he rode in, and guess who was his #1 chase person providing fuel for his machine, as well as for his mind and body, it was his better half.  Partners in all aspects of their life together.

Congratulations to you both.

Paul

Thanks to you all for the well wishes and acknowledgements. As the saying goes, "Behind every good man is a good woman!"  I was fortunate enough to find and marry a living Angel.   Those of you that have met my Dot, know what I mean.
"See ya all down ole dusty" as Ted Penton use to say.
"Have a healthy, happy, FUN New Year,
Doug

Young Ted

Wecome to the "Group" Doug. Getting there has to be the hardest accomplishment in life because you have to work at it all the time, not just on weekends. By the same token, the rewards are beyond description.
Speedy, you should be careful about use of the word old.
Just for the devil of it, how many others are there in the "Group"?
