1st attempt: Different eh ?
The parts were damaged to begin with, so I thought I'd play around.
The chain protector is designed, but not yet made. Pic of prototype to follow.
:D
Thanks POG

Looks great....I need a head like this.  I had one spotted about 3 years ago and let it get away.  Great looking engine.

Dear Ron.
Yeah I think the head turned out pretty decent for being #1. I learn as I go, and it will definetly improve, so I'll try another. These are full finned heads, and would go well with a custom downpipe. I also have a custom aluminum airbox planned for this package. :D
Thanks for your comments Ron. Always happy to do anything for you.

Rob,
It is neat to see you doing things like this that we did back in the early 1970's since we almost had to build all out hotrod parts from scratch.  I have several modified side covers and some were done out of neccesity.  Neat work.

Trick head work!  Very nice.  Bravo!  But, the 6 fin cylinder is what makes 'er fly?

And, I want one.

Rob,
Wow that looks so cool!!! Remember when you could send parts to "Yoshi" and have the heads painted a Red head or a Blonde? Am I losing it? No need to answer!!But what if you add color to the head?[:p]

Hey Rob,
Pretty sexy! But like any other cutie [:p], what's the other side look like? ;) You do some fine work my friend.

On another note, TC, his son and some other friends and I shared some fried shrimp at Gilligans Sat night, then topped it off with a ride in the forest Sun. Only got up to about 72 deg. [8D] Get on back down here sometimes.

Hi Rob, I was wondering if you would anticpate any noticeable vibration from your head mod?  It looks very cool!
