Bike shipping help to UK

Anybody here have any experience shipping a bike from the US to the UK (it's an OSSA, not a Penton...gotta keep the good stuff here!)
I know it is best to break it down and ship as "vintage bike parts", but am looking for specifics, companies used, service (good or bad), etc.
