After reading all of the posts on fender measurements, are the 68 fender locations the same as the 70 & 71's locations Don Roth posted back in '06? 7" fender edge to mount holes. I'm using the Royal Enfield alloy fenders. I've seen some 68 pictures on the site where it looks like the rear fender edge is about 10" from the edge of the frame. Just thought i'd ask before cutting.

Thanks,

Rick

Hey Rick and fellow POGers, Where did you get the alloy fenders? I have seen some for sale in the U.K. and here and there on Ebay but really didnt know what size I needed/wanted for my project 250 and some are pricey. Thanks, TTP

You can get the Royal Enfield alloy fenders, which will need to be cut to length and polished, from Classic Motorworks, 1405 Cannon Circle, Faribault, MN 55021, (507) 333-0714. About two years ago they were $89.82 per pair plus S/H. Good luck.
