Motorcycle Hall of Fame picture

I am sure than many of you received the same Happy Holidays letter from the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum today that I did.  There are a number of photos along the top of the letter, one is a Penton with two guys and a gal standing with the bike.  Can anyone tell us about the photo, who the folks are, who owns the bike and where the picture was taken?
