100cc cylinder / head trade for 125cc?

Pogger friends,

I have several nice racer Penton 125s.  I would like to make one a 100cc and stave off the Hodaka hoards.   I have a nice cylinder, head, pison from the running 125cc I would love to trade anyone for a 100cc cylinder and head??  Outright buy it also.  

Please reply if you can help oir like to trade nice for nice set-ups?  Thank you!
