ISDT RR Rider Addresses Needed

Hi All,
I'm in the process of getting ready to mail out the awards we owe to several riders from the ISDT RR in 2008. I want to make sure they get to the correct place and need a little help. I cannot read the entry form for John Greenrose and Speedy Clasen. Any help to get the correct info for these two would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!

Thanks John !! Now that Speedy is taken care of, can anyone give me some info on John Greenrose ?? Even if it's just a phone number that would be good enough so I can call him for the correct address.
