Combs IDSTQ Questions

Hi All,
I've never done a qualifier before, so some questions are going to come up. In reading the "bike requirements" section of the preview, I think it says "license plates required", but the text is cut off at the side of the page.  True?  Also, It says "efficient silencers required".  What does that mean?  Ambr's bike is a little loud, and I would need to buy a new pipe to fix it.  Will there be a sound test, or are the tech guys going to make last-minute decisions?  Thank you,

Mick,
 No license plate required at the Combs event. No sound test. Your bikes will be fine.
 You may want to add barkbusters. Some purist don't like barkbuster on vintage bikes, some of the woods are a bit tight. But if you still want to play the piano......

No need for barkbusters,all trees have in bar hight cut outs.
