name that person

Ok, folks - it's time for the latest round of "name that person", from the Penton 40th Anniversary event.  Can anyone help me with the names of these two gentlemen?  They attended the opening of the Penton Family Museum, and seemed to be old racing buds of JP.







Any help would sure be appreciated, as we would like to recognize them in the video.  Thanks, all.
