That was my favorite line by Cramer on the Seinfeld episode called "Master of your domain" ... anyway it fits for another reason.  It does not look very likely that I will be able to come to VMD and enjoy the activities and the POG fellowship this year:(

I managed to tear my LCL and ACL at a Virginia Cross Country Series race a couple weeks ago.  It will require surgery which may be the 2nd week of July ... Crappy planning on my part,  I try to get hurt in the fall so I have all winter to recover ...  and surely try to get hurt in ways that do not impact my mobility to my favorite events!

I had just sold my motocross bike because I tend to hurt my self more on the track than in the woods ... isn't that ironic.
