I love it. Old school MSR jacket, modern KLIM pants and a KTM 375? I just hope I can ride when I'm 76 years old, let alone 86! He rides a bike that looks like it's actually ridden and ridden hard.

I have the same problem with my '70 Steel Tanker. A friend of mine who is an expert machinist as well as owning hundreds of vintage bikes, said a bronze bushing was the "hot ticket" back in the day. He said that if I brought in the swingarm and the bolt and he'd turn a bushing for me. I'm sure any competent machinist could make one.

Does the color look like the original? It's hard to tell by the photo. Did you have to do anything special to remove the oil?
 My local chrome shop will do rims for $100 but won't touch an exhaust because it contaminates the tank.

I think 100 is the minimum psi to run a 2 stroke. I would pull the top end and check things out, even if it had 100.

No luck with Terry or John Fischer. Even if I welded two together, I don't think I could make the upward turn at the back of the seat. A good photo of what I need is Ron Carbaugh's SD 125 in the "Featured Bikes" pg 2. Has anyone made one of these?
