I put one on my 6 days and it was a ##### to get on.  It was more like 2 hours for me.  Especially since no instructions.  the spring is the major problem and it would have been easier had I not been alone. I remember using vise grips and loosening bolts to get more leeway in installing the spring.  and I remember trying a number of times.  Good luck.

I ordered the gears from Matijn about three weeks ago.  He recently sent me an email indicating that he was delaying shipping because the gears didn't fit SACHs with oil pumps.  He said he would ship imediately as soon as I confirmed my engine didn't have an oiling system.  I sent him an email indicating no pump on my engine and I presume he will ship my gears imediately.  Have you heard anything about this?

Just bought a 1973 125 qualifier.  It is a 6B engine.  how much for one set of straight cut gears?  Anybody out there making exhaust sytems for 6 day?

Ebay has a 74 six day exhaust for auction.  Will it fit my 73 six day?

I just joined the forum and bought a 1973 125 6 day qualifier.  Since the first three digits of the frame number are 302, I assume it was produced in feb of 1973.  I bought it off ebay.   The bike is in good shape, However somebody butchered the exhaust system and I need another.  anybody got one or got ideas?
