The Hercules were very well built, with high quality construction and components, and reliable motorcycles.   The suspension on the Hercules in the photo (identified as a 1978 enduro model) was the same as that which I had updated on my 1974 Penton Bershire, that is Cerianni 35mm x 200mm forks, and FMS's with KONI shocks.   The suspension worked wonderful, and especially shined in the roughest conditions.   I wished I had a Hercules.   joe
