There is a small hole on the intake side of the piston, it's just on the exhaust side  there is a larger  hole just below the Rings.

As I pulled the cylinder off, the piston on the exhaust side has a opening in front. I just thought it looked out of place and that should be on the intake side.

It's called trufuel tf3 $23. a gallon

How about tuning the Lectron carbs from a 1977 GS6 175 Penton?
I've got it running but the throttle response is sluggish and the plug electrodes are all black. which was a new NGK B8HS. Trying to Google tuning of the Lectron carbs but only showing the new age carbs with power jets.
